That's Show Business...

As another highly successful year ends for cattery Heathrose we hope you'll join us in taking a look back at our 2007 titled/winning cats. These are: Imperial Grand Champion Rocawen Hanz Off (Black Smoke Persian Male). ''Owen'' is the UK's first Imperial Smoke Persian and has enjoyed several Overall/Best In Show days. Owen has featured front page in ''Our Cats'' magazine and also had his photo taken with celebrity ''Malcolm Hebdon'' (''Norris'' - Coronation Street) back in May 2007.

Grand Champion Montell To Heathrose (Blue Smoke Persian Female). ''Phoebe'' like Owen is also one of the UK's top show winning smoke persians at present. Following 2006's Supreme Cat Show success where Phoebe attained Best Of Variety Persian Adult, she has continued to wow judges and exhibitors alike and to date has 3 Imperial Grand Challenge certificates to her name. Phoebe was also awarded a UK Grand Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed at this years Supreme Cat Show...

Grand Champion Westholme Captivation (Tortoise-shell Female). Another highflying cat thanks to Westholme Persians & Exotics. With an excellent import pedigree including Myshara's, Harwood and Marhei, ''Joleigh'' certainly lives up to her show name and we hope to bring her back out on the show scene in 2008 where once again she can captivate all (watch this space for her progress...).

Imperial Grand Champion Countrygirl In The Mood (Black Persian Male). ''Diablo'' is the UK's first Imperial Black Persian Male. Descending from international top winning lines ''Du Monet, Misty, Boccassana's and of course, Countrygirl''. Diablo has also experienced an outstanding show career attaining his imperial title at the tender age of just 17 months old. Diablo was also awarded his first UK Grand Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed at the 2007 Supreme Cat Show. Welldone Diablo!!!

Scottish Cat Club Show

09/02/08 We had a lovely day out at the Scottish Cat Club Show today where we took our blue smoke girl ''Grand Champion Montell To Heathrose'' or ''Phoebe'' as she is known as here at home. Phoebe had an excellent day where she was awarded her fourth Imperial Grand Challenge Certificate, Best of Breed, 1st in her Open Class and good placings in very big side classes. Phoebe was later nominated for Best Adult In Show by Mrs Robertson who we thank dearly; who has admired Phoebe for some time now - thankyou... We would also like to congra - tulate our good friend Carol Owen of Rocawen Persians on her big show win at a seperate show today (welldone Carol and Georgie).

Coventry & Leicester CC

23/02/08 We had a lovely time at Coventry & Leicester CC Show today where we had the opportunity to catch up with old friends/meet some new ones. We took Heathrose ''Requiem For A Dream'' to her first adult show. ''Dream'' did exceptionally well gaining her first Challenge Certificate, Best of Breed, 1st in her Open Class and good placings in side classes. Also being shown today by Sheila from''Pippakits'' Persians & Exotics, Heathrose ''Proud Mary''. ''Mary'' was also awarded her first Challange Certificate and Best of Breed with good placings in her side classes. Thanks go to Sheila for showing Mary so well and well-done to Mary too of course!!! Congratulations also go to our good friend Jean of Barleyfields Persians & Exotics on her show results with new addition Lazane ''Oncloudnine'' (William).
